Now in its 19th year, the awards are the longest-running, most established dining awards in the region.
Over the past year, we’ve seen astonishing growth in Dubai’s restaurant offering with more than 100 new openings in the past 12 months alone.
That’s in addition to ever-expanding franchises and all the eateries that have opened in malls. It’s certainly kept us busy.

Our categories address all aspects of Dubai’s dining scene, from the most popular cuisines across the city to restaurants for particular occasions.
There’s no denying that brunch has always been massive in Dubai, and it’s a constantly evolving business. So this year it made sense to increase our awards for brunch to three, as we welcome a new dedicated Best Family Brunch category, highlighting the popularity and demand for experiences designed for the whole gang.
Introduced in 2023 and back again this year are awards for Best Turkish, Best Bakery or Patisserie, Best Pizzeria and Best Vegan restaurants.
Once again, Time Out Dubai will celebrate the city’s most impressive front-of-house teams with the Great Service Award, designed to highlight exceptional guest experiences delivered with knowledge, confidence and personality.
We’ll also continue to address the growing strength and popularity of chef-led dining by recognising the Best Tasting or Degustation Menu Experience in Dubai.
In just six weeks, the winners of the nineteenth edition of the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards will be announced.
The Time Out Dubai Restaurant Award 2024 Gala will take place on Wednesday, March 6 from 8pm at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai.
