In line with the decisions adopted by National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority, please be informed the following:

• This circular cancels all previous circulars in term of Covid19 restrictions
• Wearing face masks is optional in all facilities, indoor & outdoor
• Face masks important to be worn by the elderly citizens & residents and patients with chronic diseases
