There are 134 restaurants in the second annual edition of the guide.

The ratings of every restaurant in the 2023 edition of the Gault&Millau UAE guide have been released.

The scores for the highest rated were revealed during a glamourous Gala event at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah on the evening of April 27.

There were 200 of the UAE’s restaurant industry leaders, chefs and operators in the ballroom where 12 awards were handed out.

The ratings for the very best restaurants were also revealed, with every restaurant receiving a toque given their moment on screen or on stage.
