Ratings will be announced at the third-annual Gault&Millau UAE Gala on January 31 2024

The third annual edition of the Gault&Millau UAE Guide will be released on January 31 2024, following a Gala dinner and awards ceremony at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.

Now, every restaurant that has made it into the Guide can be revealed.

Over the past six months, more than 200 restaurants across the UAE were visited by Gault&Millau’s team of anonymous investigators.

They included every restaurant in the 2022 Guide, those who came close to being included last time but just missed out, and new openings.

From those investigations, 137 restaurants have made it into the Gault&Millau UAE 2024 Guide. Of the 2024 selection, 18 are in Abu Dhabi and 119 in Dubai.

Gault&Millau investigators look in-depth for fine-dining experiences. Special attention is paid to chef-led establishments, where chefs use the very best ingredients to create menus filled with personality, showcasing excellent technical skills. Other positive attributes are well-drilled, personable service teams, well-thought-out wine, champagne and drinks menus, and having an eye on sustainability.
