The Gault&Millau 2025 Awards ceremony took place on the evening of February 4 at the iconic Atlantis The Royal.
An exclusive event welcomed 250 of the UAE’s finest chefs, sommeliers, restaurateurs, and industry leaders, where 12 awards were presented, plus the Restaurant of the Year accolade.
Attendees of the private event also received the fourth edition of the prestigious Gault&Millau UAE guide, which showcases the finest restaurants in the United Arab Emirates. This year, the guide has expanded its listings from 137 to 193 establishments across four emirates.
The ceremony commenced with an address from Ali Akawi, CEO of ITP Media Group, who expressed his pride in witnessing Gault&Millau UAE’s contribution to the country’s “surge in creativity and innovation, with restaurants and chefs in the Emirates already part of the global food movement.”
