Revealed: Every shortlist in the Gault&Millau Gala 2024 awards ceremony

Exceptional restaurants and people will be recognised across 12 categories

Every shortlist for the Gault&Millau UAE Gala 2024 awards ceremony can now be revealed.

The third annual awards are an essential part of the Gala, which will take place on Wednesday January 31 at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.

There are 12 categories in the awards part of the evening, split into People and Venue sections. This year, a new category has been added to recognise the Breakthrough Restaurant of the Year, which looks at venues that have launched in the past six months and made an impact on the fine-dining scene.

As part of our ongoing commitment to showcasing the brilliant work being done in the wine and champagne categories in the country, the shortlists for Wine Offering of the Year and Champagne Offering of the Year have been expanded to 10 venues.

Their release follows the reveal of all 137 restaurants to be included in the 2024 guide. The Gala ceremony in January will also announce the Gault&Millau UAE ratings for each of those restaurants.

During the exclusive event, there will be a specially curated menu for guests, alongside paired fine wines.

Tickets for the ceremony are limited. For further details and ticket prices, email gala@gaultmillauae.com.
