Gates Hospitality has unveiled its latest project, ARIA, an outdoor rooftop lounge. The new establishment will be at Grand Mercure Hotel & Residences Dubai. The establishment is centered around non-alcoholic cocktails and shisha.
ARIA plans to stand out as Dubai’s first-ever non-alcoholic cocktail rooftop lounge. The lounge offers a beverage menu that has a range of classic mocktails and inventive non-alcoholic cocktails. The casual dining menu features salads, burgers, chicken tenders or tempting falafel wraps.

The rooftop lounge accommodates up to 120 guests and features views overlooking a glass-bottom pool. The unique feature allows guests to peer nine floors below. The name ARIA finds its roots in the Italian and Spanish word for “air”, apt for its view of the Dubai International Airport runway.
