BOCA restaurant will be hosting a series of some of the industry’s top mixologists this summer. Following the success of the 7 Chefs In 7 Weeks series which it ran earlier this year, the Spanish-influenced restaurant is now turning its attention, with a similar concept, on some of the city’s top mixology talent.
The activation is in partnership with Michter’s Distillery and MMI and will feature six of Dubai’s leading talents from The World’s 50 Best Bars, world-class resorts and award-winning restaurants, as well as one international guest.
Mixologist takeovers will take place from August to September 2023, and will feature seven female talents. The list of mixologists includes industry leaders such as Laura Duca, May Phattarasaya, Sharfin Akter Auni and Yvonne Chan.
Joining the Dubai-based talent will be a rising star from from Hong Kong. Over the course of the seven weeks, and for one night only, a mixologist from the talented list will present BOCA’s guests with a cocktail list that showcases her journey and the culmination of her creativity.
As one of the leading sustainability champions, guest mixologists will also honour BOCA’s dedicated contribution to local sourcing and waste reduction.
A selection of tapas, pinchos, and montaditos from BOCA will also be available during the event.
