The best restaurants in the city are about to be revealed by Time Out Dubai – so we’re kicking off by unveiling the top ten eateries in more than 30 categories.
Dubai’s best restaurants are all set to be announced on Thursday, February 23 from 8pm at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, Business Bay.
As we begin the countdown, it’s time to reveal the top ten nominees across all categories.
That’s right – we are presenting more than 250 of Dubai’s best restaurants right here with the hotly anticipated Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2023 shortlist.
Now in their 18th year, the awards are among the longest-running, most established dining awards in the Middle East.
Over the past 12 months, Dubai’s restaurant scene has continued to build on its position as a global dining destination. It is now bigger and brighter than ever before and the competition has never been more fierce.

In just four weeks, on Thursday February 23, the winners of the 18th edition of the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards will be announced.
From Japanese to Thai, budget to luxury, brunch to afternoon tea, Dubai’s restaurant scene is ever-evolving and ever-exciting.
Our categories address it all, including popular cuisines across the city as well as themes and occasions.
This year, to reflect the increasing breadth and diversity of Dubai’s dining offerings, the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards introduce a dedicated category for the Best Turkish restaurants in the city, in addition to new sections for Best Bakery or Patisserie, Best Pizzeria and Best Vegan restaurants.
For the first time ever, Time Out Dubai will also celebrate the city’s most impressive front-of-house teams with the Great Service Award, designed to highlight exceptional guest experiences delivered with knowledge, confidence and personality.
Also in our Grand Prix categories, we address the growing strength and popularity of chef-led dining by introducing a Best Tasting or Degustation Menu Experience to the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2023.
Dubai’s best restaurants are all set to be announced at the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2023 ceremony, a private event for more than 600 of Dubai’s best chefs and restaurateurs held on Thursday, February 23 at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, Business Bay.
